Trunk In The United States c.1900

Very nice courier trunk by the French brand Aux Etats Unis from the 1900s, covered with the manufacturer's jacquard monogram canvas. The trunk is protected by leather edges, with a brass jewelry and two handles. We find the name and address of the manufacturer rue saint-honoré engraved by hand on the central lock. The initials A.V. are painted on each side, with numerous shipping labels from his last trips.

The interior is covered with a linen canvas, with a pad to store photos. There is also the manufacturer's label in the United States, with the authenticity number.

Good condition : The trunk is in good condition for its age, with a superb patina of the outer canvas. The headband was originally covered with leather.
