Red Goyard trunk

Adorable little Goyard travel trunk covered with a red waterproof canvas. The edges are sewn on a wooden shaft to hold the canvas in the most solid way. Three brass clasps are attached to the front and signed Goyard ainé and brass pieces are nailed to the headband to hold the structure. A leather handle is attached to the top to transform the luggage.

The interior is fitted with a linen canvas with the manufacturer's label stuck in the hood. The name of the trunk-maker E. Goyard Ainée and the emblematic address of the house, 233 rue St Honorée, can be found there.
